Eligible hosting services
Selected new hosting services may include a 30-day money-back window when explicitly stated on the product or checkout page.
Common exclusions
Domain registrations, SSL certificates, licenses, setup work, custom services, dedicated resources, abuse-related termination and third-party fees may be non-refundable.
How to request
Open a support ticket from the client area with the service name and invoice number. Eligibility is assessed against the terms applicable when the order was placed.
