Service use
Customers are responsible for lawful use of hosting services, account credentials, hosted content and software deployed under their account.
Billing
Service pricing, billing periods and renewal amounts are shown at checkout. Optional licenses, taxes, server locations or custom configurations may change the final amount.
Availability
We work to maintain reliable service, but scheduled maintenance, upstream incidents, abuse mitigation and events outside reasonable control can affect availability.
Abuse
Spam, malware distribution, unauthorized access, fraud, attacks and unlawful content are prohibited. Services may be restricted when necessary to protect customers or infrastructure.
Changes
These terms may be updated as products, regulations and infrastructure change. Contact support if you need a contract-specific clarification.
